Park County Biofuels Cooperative distributes biofuels, educates people on how they are used and made, and promotes biofuels development in our region.
PCBC is an officially registered Co-op in the state of Montana.
Member/Owner fees (Common stock) is $50.00 per share which qualifies you as a voting member of the cooperative with all the rights and responsibilities. Limited to one share per person. Member/Owners may obtain fuel at the PCBC bulk biodiesel tank. Dividends are paid to Common stock holders at the end of each year on the basis of how much fuelis used.
We also offer Preferred stock at $250.00 per share, which is without voting privileges. One individual may hold many shares of Preferred stock; You must be a Common stockholder in order to purchase Preferred stock. Dividends are paid on Preferred stock based on the number of shares.
